Greetings from Solundria

Rosie Wood BSc (Hons) Computing - The content of Solundria has been provided by an individual called Rosie. She is a grandmother and mother of four sons who all play other games. Rosie has two degrees in computing subjects and has spent years writing the content in this site. Although as you can see she is quite deranged, you can rest assured that she loathes malware and any content on the site is free of nasty stuff.
Photo of Rosie The Java content of the site including the Processing files have all been digitally signed. Although as in any other site it is possible for Solundria to be hacked, I would never provide content that attempted to do anything fishy!
Malware makes my job so much harder and if it didn´t exist there would be no awful warnings when you launch the Java content in this site. The guys at Java made it so when you launch a file it displays a warning but any downloadable content on the Internet, should display the same warning! I have spent a very long time creating Solundria and I hope that someone (Anyone...?) enjoys it! If you have spent any time exploring this web site then you have maybe noticed that only one of our products generates any income.

The Snappy Birthday Game

is an original and very unusual way of sending a happy birthday message, by email, to someone special. The lucky recipient receives an email, wishing them a happy birthday from you and allows them to download their Snappy Game with your personalised birthday message. The link in the email starts the download of their game and places a shortcut on their desktop which is used to relaunch the game. The download takes about 2 minutes and they are then presented with the snap game. They use the space key to change the cards and the enter key to snap. If they wanted to get straight to your message they could hold down the enter key to quickly complete the 25 snaps but thats cheating, so we dont mention it to them yet! When they complete the 25 snaps they see their birthday message. The birthday greetings business is a highly competitive market which is dominated by big companies with big bucks. Solundrian Software cant compete with this type of professional marketing as we are only starting our business. However, where I can compete is in our customer relations. Each customer is extremely important to us/me and I really want my customers to be happy! A happy customer may use our service again or refer us to a friend.

Birthday Game Order Process

Because the Snappy Birthday Game is highly customisable, The order process requires you to fill out your details and another form allows you to upload up to three image files. All payment is handled off site by PayPal or Trial Pay so is highly secure.
A form takes the details of your order and emails them to me. The next page allows you to upload three images that I will add to the card game before it is shipped. If you have any problems uploading your images get in touch and I will accept them by email. They may be too big for upload. If the pic is too big to fit on a card I will likely edit it. After you upload your images you can pay by PayPal or TrialPay. If you would rather deal with me directly just send me an email and I will ask you the details and direct you to the payment page. You could also add your choices to the special instructions on the paypal payment form. You might prefer your game to say Happy Graduation or something else.... So if you would like a different greeting from happy birthday just request it and I will change it. If you have an image you would like to include just send it along with your email and mention it. We/erm I really aim to provide a personalised product and keep our/my customers happy!

The software available here at Solundrian has taken many years to write and I would love to hear from my visitors. Send me an email
